Clean the Recent files automatically !
The Microsoft ( Recent file ) list contain links to the office documents & web pages, that were accessed by you , it may harm your privacy. this list cannot be cleared by merely clearing the (Recent documents) folder.
Generally these files affect the efficiency of the device and consume disk space hard disk & no benefit in it , so let's get rid of him now!
This method makes the system cleaning the recent folder automatically after you turn off your device
1 - Click on Start
2 - Click on Run
3 - then type this command :

regedit
4 - Then click on OK.
5 - We are now in the registry editor , Then Follow the path :
HKEY_LOCAL_USER–>Software–>Micrsoft–>Windows–>CurrentVersion–>Policies–>Explorer
6 - Click on the Explorer folder, Then we go to the right of the screen.
7 - Create a new value:
right click and:
right click and:
New –> DWORD value
8 - Give it this name
ClearRecentDocsOnExit
9 – Double click on (ClearRecentDocsOnExit ) value , then write 1 in the blank like the picture:
10 - click on OK
