How to remove Windows Messenger on Windows XP
Windows comes with an older version of Windows Messenger, and certainly no one use them.
So let's delete it now!
1 - Click on Start
2 - Click on Run
3 - then type this command :

RunDll32 advpack.dll,LaunchINFSection %windir%\inf\msmsgs.inf,BLC.Remove
4 - Then click on OK.
