Optimize Display Settings & speed Up the computer!



show all visual items in the windows XP may slow down the computer, so let's improve the performance of display.




1 - Click on Start
 
2 - Click on Run

3 - then type this command :

sysdm.cpl


4 - Click on OK.

6 – In the Performance box click Settings.

7 - Leave only the following ticked:

- Show shadows under menus
- Show shadows under mouse pointer
- Show translucent selection rectangle
- Use common tasks in folders
- Use drop shadows for icons labels on the desktop
- Use visual styles on windows and buttons


8 – click OK


You will feel fast while browsing files and computer in general
